I just wanted to say a quick thank you to Jared and the lady at the front desk today, 04.05.16 (sorry I didn't get her name). She was very helpful and informed me that Gerber had paid out of their own pocket for the new wheel locks when they could not find the key to my old ones. I had no idea this had happened. She also did not turn me away when I told her that the new key could not be found and my tire needed to be repaired. She had Jared come in and he took about 25 minutes out of his day to look for, and find, the box containing the new key. So very happy he did!!! I already appreciated the great work Gerber did on my car as well as cleaning it, but I really appreciated the time they gave me today. You have a great staff that represents your company well. Thank you again!

I had a great experience at the Marysville ( smokey point) location! I was given a 3-4 day estimate on my car and had to get a rental car. They organized everything for my rental car and had my car finished and cleaned in just a day and a half! Nobody wants to need collision services, but it was great to be greeted by Brian friendly face and efficient professionalism.

Burglars broke into my garage damaging my car. My grandson took the car to the E. FRANCIS Gerber in Spokane. He was greeted by Randy B. who provided an estimated and kept us informed about the repair progress. After getting the car back, I couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. I was happy with the outcome, thank you Randy !
