The staff was professional but also very friendly, putting my mind at ease and answering all of my questions about the repairs. The amount of time that my car (2008 Chrysler 300C) was in the shop was perfect and when I picked it up I was amazed at the quality of work which is very important to me as I am a car enthusiast and love my car. I believe it looked better than it ever has! All around a very good experience and I will highly recommend Gerber to anyone that wants quality work and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Having an accident is a real bummer. But as soon as I dropped off my car at Gerber, recommended and guaranteed by my insurance company, I felt better. Josh was my contact person throughout the entire process, and he was super efficient, sending daily text updates on the progress of my car collision repair. They used only Subaru parts. I could not be more happy with the final repair and their professional manner in taking care of the customer.

I am tempted to key my own car just to have an excuse to go back again, I won't do that because they did such a fine job fixing the damage on my vehicle but if I ever need auto body or glass repairs you can bet I will take my business to Gerber.
