I was very impressed with the professionalism by Alex and John. This being the first collision I have had to deal with I made a lot of mistakes due to my own shortfall of just not being informed on what I should do when a collision occurs. Alex gave me a lot of great advice, and she was very helpful through the process. Although the other driver never called back his insurance to make a statement, I would have never known to call their insurance to make a claim since they were the ones who hit me. I was ignorant to this and I thought everything had to go through my insurance. I am very happy with the services they have provided from this location.
