Fabulous service from Charlie and the team at your Bellevue shop. They worked on my car from July 18 until August 4 due to a collision I was in. My only complaint is, I was in another car accident on August 8 and the Bellevue shop is so busy they can't repair my car for another three weeks. I will wait the three weeks instead of going to one of your competitors.

I have to admit, when an insurance company recommends an auto-body place, you kind of wonder if it's to save them money, so you then wonder what you will get With Gerber, I was extremely impressed. They were epic to deal with, kept us up to date with progress (or delays). They even called us when they had an issue with their text updates stating cars were done, to let us know it was an issue and they were aware of it. They even stayed open a little late for us, so we could pick up our car, to save us from having to pay for another day with a rental car. And they didn't just fix the immediate issue, they took the time to take it to an alignment center, get that corrected, cleaned the car inside and out. All we had to pay was our deductible. Recently my husband's car was hit by someone pulling out of a parking spot at our apartment complex. With him being on deployment I was panicked on what I was going to do. With the help of our insurance I was able to have it towed to the gerber collision and glass here in Everett as I am unable to drive a manual and with in one short week they had it looking better then ever. You couldnt even tell that there had ever been any damage. Not knowing how I was going to get it back home was my next obstacle but the staff at gerber offered to drive it to my apartment complex so I wouldn't have to worry about anything. They will never know how much that meant to me. I would highly recommend there service and expert team on any repairs that you may need they truly do outstanding work and go above and beyond expectations! Thank you gerber collision ... and glass! Could not be more pleased with the repair work done by Gerber Collision and Glass in Stanwood! After not hearing back from first estimate at a nearby body shop in almost two weeks, so glad I decided to go to Gerber to have my fender bender damage taken care of. Estimator Michele and Manager Don took total care of me and my family and most importantly my car! Had a preliminary estimate within an hour and able to get added to the schedule for the first of the next week. I also elected to have dings and scrapes on my back bumper from street parking down in Seattle the past 5 years taken care of as well as the necessary repair to front fender/bumper and so glad I did! Michele kept me posted with status updates via email and they were able to finish the project by the end of day, end of week! They did an outstanding job replacing the damaged ... fender and headlight and taking care of touching up and repainting both bumpers and blending into the rest of the body. Can't even tell it ever had a major boo boo and so nice to have all the nicks that I'd been living with erased and no longer an eyesore! If I ever have ANY need for body repair work down the road I will come directly to Gerber and see Michele and Don and I recommend everyone else do the same! You won't be disappointed! Estimate was reasonable from visual inspection. Once work began we were notified that there was "internal" damage beyond the estimate. Gerber worked with the insurance folks directly. When we picked up the car, it was repaired, repainted and sparkling clean inside and out! Looked like a new car.
