I was charged the same price as the estimate. Gary Spahn got me in right away both for the estimate and to have the work done. I was extremely pleased with the work and the professional , friendly and efficient service. I would highly recommend them.

Repair was done in a time3lymanner (as quoted). I was kept in formed on the progress of any problems. I am satisfied with the repair needed, and at a fair price. I would definitely use this facility again, although I hope not having to do so. In the meantime I will recommend to friends, that have a need for first class repair.

Messed up the front of my car quite badly and it is only about a year and a half old. I was really distraught and the folks at Gerber were wonderful. After finding additional damage, they estimated two weeks but finished with almost a week to spare. Charles was a champ and kept me updated, giving me calls twice a week. I recommend this place to anyone who needs their car fixed up.

What is at the very outset good, if not comforting is the way you are greeted immediately in the door of the office. Gary S. and others lighten the grim atmosphere within which you tend to walk in the place (having a wrecked car) and they know to remind you of little details and make sure you get out the door with all your belongings before leaving the car etc etc. My car was done early-- two days early; and believe me, at Christmas time that was a great relief. I appreciated the daily updates from Gerber and at the end the welcome and service when I returned to pick up the car. For sure at this office of Gerber I met three welcoming, upbeat, (smiling) and professional individuals. Of course I hope I never see Gerbers again :). But if I did, this would be the shop! Thanks Gerbers...usually excellence flows from the top!

Randy B did a fantastic job on our Kia Optima. The bumper looks beautiful. He really did an amazing job! We know we can trust his work and know it is a job done well. The car was ready faster then we expected. This is our second experience with Randy and we felt very comfortable knowing he would be taking care of our new car. We were so happy to know he would be taking care of us again.

Ken T. and the repair team at Gerber in Spokane did a great job on repairing my car after a traumatic accident. We were updated regularly as the work progressed via a text and it helped reassure me that the work would be done on time. Having an accident is stressful in itself and to have confidence in the repair of your vehicle helps relieve some of that stress. Thanks Gerber Collision and Glass!

I was so happy to find out out Gerber Collision and City South Auto are one in the same. Only the name has changed. The great service and good people are still there! They helped me a couple of years ago. And now today. Thank you Michael for fixing all my lights today on such short notice! I highly recommend Gerber Collision. The staff is amazing, the work is quality, and they truly care. Thank you!
