Both Michael and Reno at the Redmond location were incredibly helpful. They had all the necessary parts ordered the same day I dropped off the car after a collision. The repair was completed as quickly as possible, all while keeping me apprised of the progress. I would receommend Gerber to anyone!

Jimmy was very friendly (and accommodating, as I had to change my initial appointment for an appraisal). I was pleasantly surprised when I could leave the vehicle on the day of the appraisal, and was also pleased with how quickly and thoroughly the repair was completed!

I would highly recommend Gerber for anyone need damage repair...they did an excellent job for me...my Murano looked better then it did when I purchased it off the car lot two years ago ! My estimator, Summer Akers, was great, kept me informed, by email & phone on progress of my repairs, and very pleasant to work with.
