The staff and faculty were very courteous and helpful and addressed all the repairs completely. This is the 3rd time I have used Gerber Collison for repairs and I am continually impressed by the service and quality of work. The repairs were completed much faster than anticipated, and beyond my expectations.

My fiancee's car was hit at his work and we had to turn in a claim with our insurance company Geico. Dealing with Hinshaw Auto who is who they use to fix the cars the technician looked at his car and said he wasn't interested in doing the work. The claims adjuster gave us a check and we were told to go find a shop somewhere else. I was referred to Jason at Gerber in Kent and the second I talked to him I knew he would do amazing work. Jason and the staff at Gerber did an amazing job. I am so amazed at how amazing the car looks and at how amazing the customer service was at Gerber. Jason went above and beyond and we could not be any happier. I work at Farmers Insurance and I can guarantee you that from now on I will refer anyone that asks who we recommend I will say Jason at Gerber. I had my front bumper completely smashed by debris on the highway but thankfully nothing else was damaged. I came to Gerber and the experience was nothing short of amazing. They fulfilled everything they've promised in record time and overall I was more than pleased with everything. All I have to say is thank you!

"I was hit by a hit & run driver over the Memorial Day weekend resulting in me getting the Lic. number and person charged with "hit & run". The driver had Geico insurance I have USAA. The GEICO adjuster was top of the line. I chose Gerber in Burlington, WA. to do the repair. It was scheduled for the week of July 23rd through the 27th. The person of contact and set up was Fred Lovett. He had the parts ready,the appointment ready, and any questions he had, he kept me informed. There was a question of a rear bumper being a little different than the damaged one I had ,however original part. Fred called and asked prior to installation.
