This is the third time that I have chosen Gerber to repair my cars. I was originally introduced to this shop when Mallon Ford was across the street. Each time I have needed body repair service and come to Gerbers' in Tacoma, I received prompt, courteous service. My first impressions of the cleanliness of the office and shop area was that they would deliver the same quality of restoration to my car. I am pleased with the repair that was done on my '05 Taurus this time and their expediting the repair completed in three days instead of four as estimated. The software that is used for estimates have been unchallenged when submitted to the insurance companies that were responsible for repairing damage to my cars. This is very helpful for a customer not having to hassle with someone else's insurance company over the cost of repairs. Thanks ... again for maintaining this shop in Tacoma. Carl Kanz read more

It is never much fun to have to take you car in to be fixed, arrange for help getting to the rental car etc. This was not the case with my experience with Gerber and Enterprise. Everyone I spoke to from the first phone call to my final pick up today was professional, helpful, and kind. It was a seamless transaction from the start. I would (and will) recommend Gerber, S. Great service! I was involved in a hit-and-run car accident and was feeling very frustrated about having to fix my car. The employees at Gerber on South Tacoma Way made the process much easier to get through. During the estimate they showed me all the places where they saw damage, never promised something they could not deliver, and made sure the line of communication was always open throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with the customer service and will recommend this collision shop to others! Thank you!!!

I expeirenced wonderful service from the Lacey store! I brought my car in for an estimate and was told it would take up to 3 days to fix. I brought my van in on Turesday morning and it was complete Tuesday afternoon! I am so happy wiht the work and the timelyness. Thank you so much to the Lacey store and Andrew for all of his great work! I will always come here if I need to.
