Repairs look great. Timely repair. No complaints. However, Riley's customer service was exceptional. She provided daily updates, was friendly, always patient as I asked questions - and sometimes re-asked the questions. Always asked if all my questions were resolved before saying good-bye. I am extremely sensitive to quality customer service. I do not return to business with even mediocre customer service. i would come back here just to have someone of Riley's competency and quality customer service handle my concerns. Thanks. B-

Gerber does a stand up job of keeping their customers informed about service repairs and other options so that consumers can make informed decisions about their vehicles. They went out of their way to treat me like a valued customer even though my vehicle was beyond repair. Through the entire process of initial contact, info requested, insurance participation, work performed, the experience was easy, fulfilled as quoted, and we were completely satisfied.
