I brought my vehicle into Gerber Collision in Redmond after first getting an estimate from a shop that refused to do the repair as I thought it should be completed. Upon getting to Gerber, Reno was extremely helpful and made us me feel welcome and assured me that the job would be done right. I left my vehicle feeling 100% comfortable that it was in good hands. Reno promised to update me on the progress of the repair on Tuesday and Thursday which he did along with a call to let me know that he was able to work with the insurance company to get my repair approved. I feel that Reno went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth from start to finish. Richard was very accommodating with each visit and provided courtesy with useful information with each call. Repair team did good job keeping me updated too. Quick & efficient on getting me checked in for repairs and for picking up Honda after repairs.

Repairs look great. Timely repair. No complaints. However, Riley's customer service was exceptional. She provided daily updates, was friendly, always patient as I asked questions - and sometimes re-asked the questions. Always asked if all my questions were resolved before saying good-bye. I am extremely sensitive to quality customer service. I do not return to business with even mediocre customer service. i would come back here just to have someone of Riley's competency and quality customer service handle my concerns. Thanks. B-
