Gerber Coillision did an amazing job on my vehicle. It was severely damaged from the accident and when I brought it in the service was great. They communicated with me every step of the way and let me know if there were any issues. When I picked up the vehicle it looked like new and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone it was well worth the wait!!!

on a scale of 0-10 the service was a 12! although the repair work was a 10 it definitely wouldn't have been the same with out Riley.

I would love to said thank you Jason and the team work at Gerber service at Kent , I have severe accident my tire at where I sit hang on . He fixed it and about 3 weeks latter My car died unexpected As An Asian woman I was very worry and stress . the car have been tow to Toyota Burien they could not find it and Jason had to tow back to his shop and fix for me . The way he contact to me and handle situation is very impressive and processional and very high responsibility to customer . I am very thankful for that . Truthfully , Dang

Had excellent service. They took my car in right away; friendly, gave me transportation; and washed it and vacuum, leaving a paper floor mat . I was very satisfied with the work they did on my car. It was also reasonable for damage done. 9/19/12

I brought my vehicle into Gerber Collision in Redmond after first getting an estimate from a shop that refused to do the repair as I thought it should be completed. Upon getting to Gerber, Reno was extremely helpful and made us me feel welcome and assured me that the job would be done right. I left my vehicle feeling 100% comfortable that it was in good hands. Reno promised to update me on the progress of the repair on Tuesday and Thursday which he did along with a call to let me know that he was able to work with the insurance company to get my repair approved. I feel that Reno went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth from start to finish.
