Dennis was very helpful. First, my insruance set an appointment with a towing company that never showed. Liberty Mutual called Gerber and Dennis had a tow truck out to my house within minutes and gave me a follow up call. I am not very knowledgable when it comes to my car. Dennis and Dez (sp) were on the phone with me anytime I needed explaining to me what was going on. I never felt taken advantage of or pushed as I do at most places. You all were also done before the estimated time you had originally given me. How AWESOME!!! Thank you so much for all of your help and wonderful work. My car looks great. The team here at Gerber went above and beyond.
