Being involved in an automobile accident is an unnerving experience, especially for someone who is eighty-nine years old and who has never before had such an incident. Thus, I approached the procedure of dealing with my insurance company and with Gerber with some trepidation. However, I found the whole transaction easy and quick with a minimum of red tape. I was treated courteously and promptly at the Gerber office. My car was repaired beyond expectation and was in better condition than it was before the accident. Gerber made some cosmetic and functional improvedments not necessarily connected with the accident. They even treated the interior with a pleasant smelling spray.
