Gerber Collision was very flexible and helpful with scheduling the appointment for my car. Customer service was great. My car was repaired three days, but that was also because of the damage that was done to my car. They are fast and reliable with their service. I went to another body shop, but the owner talked about money rather than repairs. Here the difference was the total opposite. The appraiser cared about the repairs and the customer.
