Ronald Dugdale was my coordinator for my collision and glass repair. Ron was an excellent representative for Gerber as he coordinated a very last minute car rental for me (10 minutes notice to Ron that I needed a rental at 5:15 p.m. so I would not have to come back the next day to drop off my car). Ron also kept me informed of my car's progress and time that it would be completed. Most importantly, Ron was patient and kind with me and went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. He also coordinated with the rental company so I would not have to drop off my car on a Friday evening. Thank you Ron for your excellent service.
