I went to the Kent location to get repairs to my back bumper. The staff was extremely helpful from the front desk to the people in the shop. Due to Jason's excellent customer service I would definitely recommend anyone to this location as well as come back myself if I need more repairs in the future.

Riley was awesome to work with. I was very happy with the service I received at Gerber. This was my first time using this shop. Riley was very friendly and fast and easy to deal with. She called me frequently to give updates on the status of my repair. My experience with Gerber was very satisfactory. My only issue was with the car rental company (Enterprise). I will provide feedback on them to my insurance company. If I ever need body work done in the future I will definitely come back.
