I hit a deer northeast of Seattle, while on vacation to visit my son stationed Fort Lewis. USAA recommended Gerber for the repair and I was very satisfied with how they dealt with me. They quickly assessed the damage, helped me get a rental car and promised me fast service. I was very happy with my professional dealings with Riley. She kept me updated with the vehicle repair and was completed earlier than promised. I have just made my way back home safely to Augusta, Ga and have had no problems with the repairs made by the Gerber shop. I would deal with them again if in the area and recommend them to others.
