While Gerber as NOT the original shop the Toyota dealer recommended to me I chose to work with Gerber as they are associated with USAA. I thought the team did a great job, timely, paid attention to details and my car looks new. It came back washed, cleaned and ready to go. I was pleased with the service and I shared my feedback with the service manager at Toyota as well.

excellent communication, I received regular calls to inform me of when parts were ordered, when they arrived and when the car was taken to have the alignment done. Work on the car was done quickly and professionally, all damaged parts were replaced with quality OEM components. Very happy.
