The strip that surrounds the rear side window on our Lexus 330 came off. Yesterday I stopped at Gerber in Burlington, WA and talked with Darrell T. asking if he could fix it. He was very polite as we looked at my car and told me if I would like to have a seat in their waiting room he would fix it for me right then. I was surprised about 5 minutes later when he came back in and told me it was done. All this and no charge! So I want you to know how much I appreciated such good service. You have a great guy there! Thank you!

My car was damaged by a tanker-carrier liability for which was accepted by the carrier, rather than having to go through my own insurance carrier. Cedar J. in the Burlington store inspected the car, took pictures and gave me what I felt was a very good quote - she contacted the carrier and arranged for that firm to pay her, directly, using their company credit card - she was professional and knowledgeable and did everything she could to assure my complete satisfaction. I was most pleased and will contact her, again, when the time comes for me to have the car detailed or in the event I ever need any other of your services

I wanted three estimates, but having dealt with Gerber before, I was hoping to see the same service and expectation from them again. From the time I showed up, and got the efficient and expert estimate from Sean Grant, I knew that I was going to decide on this company to fix my car. Upon receiving the estimate, which was reasonably lower than the other two, I had the "deal breaker!". I gladly chose Gerber, and again, have no regrets having done so!
