Brian did an excellent job with my car! He was always updating me with progress and dealing withme calling every other day asking questions! I really appriciate that he was always so friendly when talking to me! My car looks great and I'm extremely pleased with how it turned out! Gerber Collision in Marysville did a fantastic job! They worked swiftly and the car (350z) looks awesome. The staff went above and beyond by providing me with updates every other day about the car while handling everything through the insurance company. I recommend this business to everyone looking to get a great quality repair done in a timely fashion. They also warranty the quality of their work. I just picked up my brother-in-law's car from Gerber Collision in Marysville. It was hit at full speed (25-30mph) while parked resulting in major damage(requiring replacement) to a quarter panel and two wheels and minor damage to BOTH bumpers (pushed into the car parked in front of it). My brother in law is in the Navy and was hoping to pick it up and drive it to his new duty station less than two weeks after the accident. When they heard that ... they said they would try to get it done before he got back but couldn't make any promises because parts alone usually take at least a week to come in for this vehicle. They had it done on time (actually, I think it was a day early) looking better than before the accident and fully detailed. The paint job is beautiful and the Z looks like new. The new quarter panel had to be welded in and the metal looks seamless! Everything was done quickly but they take great pride in their work and the quality is wonderful. They even stayed late so I could pick it up on time for my brother-in-law. :-) If you take your car to them you are leaving it in great hands and the cars are parked in a secured location (not just in an open parking lot). Bottom line-They have fantastic people on their staff who take great pride in their work, complete the repairs in a timely fashion, and do a very high quality job. read more

Woodinville Gerber is the place to go if you're car has been damaged. This is the second time that I have had an excellent experience. Both times the entire process from appointment set-up, to timely status of car, and end result of a beautiful looking car that I hardly recognize. I was busy and couldn't pick up the car right at closing but was contacted later in day to arrange for rental car drop off and car pick up. The personable attention is wonderful and the car always looks amazing. Since bringing car back yesterday evening I've already had two comments from neighbors - one asked if I got a new car! I was highly impressed. The work was top quality, when I went too pick up the car and leave I thought is this really my car, it was to spotless inside and out. There was also a paint touch up job done for no extra cost. I was told the car would be done and I could pick it up at 5pm on Monday, the car ended up being ready to pick up on Friday. It was a great help to get the car early.

Dana Connelly was great. He offered me the discount without my asking and was very easy to work with. The woman at checkout was equally nice to work with. I used Gerber several years ago and has a positive image of the company. I hope I do not need body repair again but if I do, I would not hesitate to go back. In addition, I would enthusiastically recommend this particular Gerber site to anyone in need of car repair.

Incredible service! Hidden damage caused original repair time estimate to increase from [2] days, to [4], however, I was promptly informed, and had already been warned prior, of possible hidden damage. My truck is a rolling four wheel kennel, [4 dogs] got vehicle back cleaner than I've seen it in over four years. Fantastic! Cindy L and her co-workers are top-rate. SP
