We got our van repaired at Gerber Collision. We got rear-ended. The people who hit us have StateFarm Insurance. StateFarm recommended Gerber Collision for our repair.Tyler C. did an incredible job. He is getting ALL my auto work in the future!!!

I had a minor incident with my Lexus *cough wasn't my fault* and Shawn was able to fix my baby up in no time. He was professional, cordial, and honest when he gave me his evaluation and opinion about my car. He was patient with my questions and I believe he provides genuine service. He broke down the price, gave me an estimate, and told me when it would be done. I got in and I got out quick. He even called me during the repair process to update me on my car on when it would be finished. Overall, this body shop offers great services. This place is convenient to get to and I am a very satisfied customer. :)

On May 3, 2014, I had a rear-ender that messed up the hatchback door of my Scion XB. I opted to go with Gerber, because they did such a wonderful job on a previous car years ago. They got the job done quickly and nicely. I then noticed an issue with an interior molding that I had not seen before. Sean G. took a look at it and told me he would order the part and get it done for me asap. With my schedule, I had forgotten about coming back for weeks. When I remembered about it, I called Sean to see if the part was still there and not sent back. It was still there, so I scheduled to have it done. I was told it might take a couple hours, not knowing what might be involved. After leaving the car in their hands, I settled into the waiting room with my coffee to begin to work on what I had brought to make good use of my time. Within 15 minutes, a ... technician came in with my keys. They were done. I was tickled pink. Gerber is a top-notch service organization, and I will recommend them highly. Wow! We had our 2011 Prius bumper replaced and painted. Gerber did an excellent job. Only took took two days and finished one day early. They stayed in contact with via email and phone me daily through email and phone. Gerber takes their business seriously and care about the end results. They also detailed my car which was a nice surprise! Thanks Gerber I will tell everyone to use your services!
