Earlier this month, extensive damage was done to the passenger side of my car. Being a female senior citizen who had never been in an accident and was not at fault, I was overwhelmed with the responsibility of the repairs. I am so thankful that my insurance company sent me to gerber Collision and Glass . The staff was patient and understanding with my lack of experience in a collision repair. I was kept informed of each step of the repair. I was treated with kindness and respect throughout job. When I left the shop in my beautifully repaired Jetta, I felt smarter and my dignity was intact. I will share my experience with my family and friends.

This was the best experience I have ever had with service anywhere! The staff in the front office took care of all my needs and best of all kept me in the loop with phone calls and emails. The integrity with which I was served was impeccable. The areas of my car that had scratches were buffed and waxed out too! WOW! Jennifer, Terry, and Sharon were awesome!

Fast and efficient. Provided answers to my questions. Explained process and called and informed of status and when car would be ready. Fast checkout and explained how to protect collision area for the first 30 days. Hopefully, won't need collision service again, but if I do I know where to go.

Thank you to Summer and all the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass in Stanwood. I was saddened that my 2010 Chrysler Sebring was a total loss but I was glad I received such professional and friendly service. Hope I never are in need of their services again but I will take my vehicles there from now on and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Oh my gosh!!!! I met with Gary S. this last Saturday morning, Sept. 13, 2014. Someone tried to break into my car over the night. The drivers side, front dood lock my pushed in and scrtches by the lock and hatchback. Gary mentioned if it's nothing to big, we won't charge you. I laughed and said, yes you will. I had my appointment this morning to get an estament. The guy in the shop brought in the door handle and just needed to put the screws back in. As I am waiting I go up to Gary to pay him.I even threatened to loiter until I got a bill. He said, "Loiter away." They also want to buff the scrathes as well. And shedualed to do that. I was extremely satisfied with Sean G. of the Redmond Location. He took the time necessary to make sure that our vehicle was repaired correctly, and he was very good at communicating with us. In the end, the repair was outstanding, and looked like a new vehicle. It is that type of customer service that really made the whole experience shine. One is easily able to tell that Sean takes pride in the final product and goes out of his way to make the customer service experience a good one. In this case, the Redmond location of Gerber is the beneficiary of his professionalism, and such actions make Gerber in Redmond the go-to shop when you need repairs.

After a tire decided to explode going @ 70mph, the rear fender on my Chinook camper van was damaged fairly severely. The team at the Redmond branch were relatively quick and kept me up to date nearly every day. Jerry was very polite and professional. The repairs were somewhat challenging with recreating the assorted stripping of the van. I am a bit of a stickler on body work having done a lot of it in my time and I will say that they did an impressive job. The paint matched as good as possible on a 1988 van with no hint of any prior damage. Good job team Gerber!
