The care and service Gerber Collision provided was unbelievable. I truly have never received such aware response, regular updates, flawless/beautiful repair work, promises made and kept from any other collision service provider in the 52 years I have owned an automobile. The car (a 2008 Saab 95), which we recently brought to Gerber Collision, had a great deal of sentimental value to our youngest daughter and they took incredible care of it and paid attention to every detail in order that it would be returned to us in near mint condition. Our entire family is committed to Gerber Collision and, when/if there's ever a need, would never go anywhere else. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They worked with me through some insurance issues, and did follow up calls to make sure everything was being handled. My vehicle was done 3 days early, and the work is high quality. My father was in auto body repair for 40 years, so it's nice to see good workmanship. The pricing was reasonable, and I was kept well informed as to everything going on during the time my car was in the shop. Tammy, Nicole, and Andrew were all fantastic to work with! I will always bring my car back!

My experience at Gerber was phenomenal! This was my first experience submitting an accident claim so I was a bit intimidated by the entire process. From my very first phone call to Tammy and my meeting with her and Nicole, later that day, until today when I picked up my car, the service was absolutely amazing. As promised, Tammy helped me with my rental vehicle and was always friendly when I called with questions. Nicole called me three times each week as promised and was extremely helpful. When I came to get my vehicle, the check out process was both smooth and satisfying. I would greatly recommend this location to anyone. I am a repeat customer and the staff was wonderful. The office staff were very friendly and informative. They contacted me along the way with updates. My car was finished earlier than expected and the cost was reasonable. The collision work is top notch. My car is Plum Crazy and they matched the paint perfectly. I will recommend Gerber to everyone I know. It really was a good experience.
