I want to pass on my sincerest appreciation to Gerber for there unending support during our repair / collision issue. These people are AMAZING! Our car was totaled and the that was an experience that we never want to go through again. Although, the support people at Gerber were absolutely amazing, through the entire process. I'm getting some body work done at Gerber that I had been putting off, because I just want to give them business. Bottom line, I HIGHLY recommend them. Very Highly recommended.

Great service received car back in a fair time, just waiting on a part to come in! Bumper is pushing out a little bit but not sure if it can be fixable. But did a good work or fixing the whole the tree branch caused.

They contacted Enterprise to pick up the Rental Car on 5/15/26. Thank you so much Gerber! I will tell all my Friends about How Great Gerber is!

Kim (at the front desk) and Theresa (adjuster) were fantastic. They took excellent care of me and my vehicle and made sure to keep me informed of the status. Even though USAA sent me automated messages that kept me informed, Kim went the extra mile and called me to make sure my expectations for completion were in line with the actual shop's timeline, since USAA might not have had all of the same knowledge of my car's status that she had which also gave me the opportunity to ask questions from an actual human! When I thought my mother had dropped her driver's licence in the car, Theresa took the time to look for it, which I really appreciated. Theresa informed me that they had to order three different bumpers because the first two aftermarket replacements arrived at the shop damaged. The third was OEM and flawless.
