I had a deal not too long ago where I sideswiped a fence,and messed up the Passenger side doors, and rear quarter panel on my 2023 Subaru Legacy. Needless to say I was pretty upset about it. However a really good friend of mine knew about this place called Gerber Collision and Glass,and recommended it to me... No regrets! This place treated me like royalty. I was on a time crunch and needed my car back in about a week and a half from the accident, to go on a 4,000 mile road trip and they said that they would do everything in their power to make it happen. When the time rolled around for me to leave, they called me and let me know that they had finished my car but the outside was not up to their standards, so what did they do? Gerber literally rented a car for me to drive on my 4,000 mile trip while they repaired my Subaru properly!! And ... when I finally did get my car back, it looked amazing! Outstanding experience with these folks. They anticipated my needs. Hooked me up with Rental and pick up. Only took 1 week. I've used this company under old management, and the new management is carrying on the legacy. I think the name of the receptionist is (Allie). She was awesome and had the amazing ability of multi-tasking all the clients in the waiting room at the same time. As I get older, I notice when service is good because it isn't most of the time. Gerber Collision and Glass is "old school" service. The techs are amazing too.

Fantastic repair and paint job, Told me it would take about 16 days and I got it back in 8 days,. 5 stars to every employee I dealt with. Highly recommend and would go back. I want to pass on my sincerest appreciation to Gerber for there unending support during our repair / collision issue. These people are AMAZING! Our car was totaled and the that was an experience that we never want to go through again. Although, the support people at Gerber were absolutely amazing, through the entire process. I'm getting some body work done at Gerber that I had been putting off, because I just want to give them business. Bottom line, I HIGHLY recommend them. Very Highly recommended.
