My experience at Boyd Autobody was superb! I use a walker, so I have a van which makes it much easier for me to load my walker. I have used Boyd more than once and every time they have gone out of their way to make sure I have a van as a courtesy vehicle, which makes a very big difference to me. They are absolutely wonderful people that work there and I highly recommend them.”

I just wanted to let you know about the great service I received during my recent claim. I hit a deer with my 2005 VW Passat - thankfully my car was still driveable and no one was hurt. I took my car in on Monday, March 5th and was looked after by Wendy. She was a great help in getting everything going for me and provided me with a loaner car. I expected to be without my car for weeks. Imagine my surprise when I got a call on Friday afternoon (March 9th), that my car was ready to be picked up. I was so pleased to have my Passat in time for the weekend and in a much cleaner state than when it had arrived! Thanks for the great service!

I brought my vehicle in to Boyd today for minor repair after a hit and run. You came highly recomended and I must say that I was not dissapointed. You gave me a replacement car for a week and when I returned to pick up my car it was like new. The staff was very kind and they went out of their way to help me. I was also very impressed at how well you kept me informed throughout the week and at your professionalism. I will definatly recomend you in the future. Thank you again.

the service here was excellent from the repair work done,to the cleanliness of the interior at pick up time and the front desk service. Both wendy and jamie were very friendly and efficient (at the front desk). Also wendy went the extra mile with regards to my insurance claim.which I appreciated. The Team at Boyd was utmost professional, friendly, and very accommodating. My truck was damaged in an animal collision, and after spending 2 weeks on the repair work, I was very happy with the result, and the overall experience with Kris and Wendy. I would recommend this location to anyone who may require their services.

GREAT CREW!!!!! >From the moment I took our vehicle in for the estimate to the moment we got it back fully repaired, the team were informative and professional and explained fully each step in the process. They took care of the rental car details and had the van back to us on time and fully cleaned. Great work from the Front End Manager to the Estimators and everyone else involved in the process. Will recommend Boyd in a heart beat !!!!

Just want to say that I had absolutely fantastic service right from the first call to the final pick up. Wendy at the desk was very informative and set clear expectations around service times and work to be completed. The job was completed well and one day early! My car was washed and vacummed and looked like new. Thank you very much....would recommend to anyone! This is my third time there and would not go elsewhere.
