Unfortunately I was rear-ended, no fault of my own. I thought this whole incident was going to be a big headache for me going through the person at fault's insurance and getting my car repaired. I chose Gerber Collision in Victor because they had repaired a car for me when "A deer hit my car" and did a beautiful job, it looked brand new when they were finished with the repairs. This time I am even more impressed because they literally took care of everything. Keeping the other insurance company informed with initial cost and additional cost once they started the work, they had a rental car lined up for me that picked me up when I dropped off my car for repair, they called Enterprise to pick up the rental car I dropped off when when my car was complete. So the customer care was an 11 out of 10, thank you Michelle! With all that ... being said, they also did an amazing job on fixing all the damage, and the repainting the areas that they needed to, also an 11 out of 10!!! I was kept informed as to everything going on with parts coming in, and the timeline for completion, which I totally appreciated, as well as his kindness throughout the entire process, thanks Will! I could not be any happier with the entire process and outcome of my car repair, 11 out of 10!!! Thank you to all the people in the shop. In all my years of dealing with automotive related companies, I have to say Gerber glass and collision had the best customer service throughout the whole process I've ever experienced. The team at Gerber collision & Glass were informative great service very attentive to keeping me up to date with each process for over 3 weeks very easy to bring my car over and pick up my rental and then getting my car and returning my rental was perfect I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone The staff were fantastic All of them Thank you so much

The customer care was excellent throughout the entire process. They were able to schedule the repairs for the following week after agreeing to the estimate. The car was ready on time and they even detailed the interior. I am 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend them to others.
