Fixed my tire/rim/wheel after I hit a pothole. This team is very reliable, friendly and they did great work on my tire. Feels and looks great, good as new. They kept me informed of where my car was at in the process. They had it fixed in less then two weeks. They coordinated with my car insurance and the rental car company I used so it left little for me to do as I waited to get back into my car! I highly recommend!

We are totally pleased with the repair work completed on our '21 Kia Sorento. Being beautifully clean inside and out when picked up was greatly appreciated. Communication before and during the repair was efficient and professional. The office staff and estimator were also pleasant and professional. The whole process was excellent.

The staff were extremely friendly. I liked that they would call to give me updates on my vehicle every few days to reassure the process was going smoothly. For my first collision with a deer, I was happy I chose this company and the Olean location. I will definitely return if needed.

The Team at Gerber treated me and my car like I was part of the family! They were honest, kind, and kept me informed every step of the way. It was a tough fix, but this team persevered and was very transparent about the time it would take to do everything that needed to be done. Overall, I would give this team 10 stars if it was an option. Very grateful for the work they did to get my 2025 Subaru Ascent back on the roads!

Daniel C. is very nice and friendly, he kept me updated on what was going on with my car, when the body work was finished and i picked up my car he made sure to talk me through the after care process and made me feel comfortable to come back in the future if ever needed for body repairs. Everyone there was very nice and supportive !!
