Domenick was outstanding to work with. My Silverado was completed faster than expected using all OEM parts, which was especially important since it's a lease. Domenick kept me informed every step of the way regarding parts and timing, and the repair timeline exceeded my expectations. The quality of work was excellent, but what really stood out was the attention to detail. I have three kids, and the interior was a mess when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, the interior was completely cleaned, the kids' toys were organized, and even the pictures of my kids were neatly placed together in the seat pockets. My Silverado now looks, feels, and even smells brand new after the interior cleaning. Exceptional service, communication, and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Domenick and this collision center to anyone needing repairs.

The service was excellent in every way. The friendly staff made it easy for me by facilitating a rental car. The repair was done in record time, earlier than expected, and I was kept up-to-date during the whole process via text. They also called the day after I picked it up to see if I had any questions or concerns. This is a top-notch facility.

I opened my door, and the trim got stuck on some ice next to my driveway and tore right off! We pulled up to Gerber for the first time, and within 15 minutes my trim was put back on by Matt and a wonderful tech! We were so surprised it was done so quickly! And how absolutely great they are there! Thank you guys for everything! And we will for sure be returning to such great customer care!

As a rite of passage in central New York, I hit a deer, or I should say a deer hit me. My insurance told me to take the car to Gerber. I had never heard of Gerber, so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, the staff was so kind to me. They provided updates throughout the entire process, and they finished the repairs well before promised. When I saw my car, it looked brand new! and they even cleaned the inside! When my car was returned to me, I noticed a few issues and when I reached out, they told me they would take care of it right away. Thank you for your excellent customer service! The only complaint I have and it is minor, is that loaner vehicles should be available like some of your competitors...but it's no biggie, we made it work!

Matt replaced my head light assembly, told me it would be completed in about 30 mins. It took him maybe 10 mins to remove and replace my light assembly!!! Highly recommend Gerber collision to anyone! Staff was professional and proficient!!! Excellent work!!!

It was a calming that came over me as my car was brought to Gerber in Clarence NY. The voice over the phone was reassuring that day of the accident. Heather said "we've got this for you!" and they were phenomenal at updates and info & dealing with the Insurance carriers. I was even able to leave my car rental there for pick up and drive my own car home myself! Thank YOU Gerber! You deserve an award in my eyes!!!!
