A+. 5 Star. Unfortunately for me, I had two vehicles damaged a year apart. Each time we took our cars to Gerber. The first was my BMW. They did such an excellent job and we were very pleased. So when our second vehicle was damaged we again without question knew that Gerber was the best choice...and they did not disappoint. The entire staff was amazing and extremely competent both inside the facility (Ashley and another wonderful young lady) and out. We simply cannot express our gratitude to Gerber for yet another job well done! We will be your customers for life....THANK YOU!!!

I was very pleased with the work Gerber Collision did on my car. They kept in touch and let me know when supply-chain issues set the completion date back a few days. They arranged everything with my Insurance company and the auto rental agency so there was virtually nothing left for me to do. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

This location is execllant and Richard T. the estimator was very knowledgeable and professional. I loved dealing with him and the staff at the front desk. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience a great one, with having my car fixed. I was kept up to date on all aspects of the process and the car was done before the date I was given. I would recommend them to anyone that needs body or glass work done. Great service and excellant staff.

I posted my feedback on their site and I feel compelled to give an additional assessment of their service! And I must repeat my statement when I went to pick up my 05 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck I did not recognize it! And I must give credit to the lady that took care of me and kept me updated and her name is Angie and she is a wonderful lady and a credit to the company! I need more body work done on the back of the vehicle and I will not hesitate to take it back there and have them make it look like new again! But anyway I am so happy with the end result! But the one thing that I must add is it is not the mechanics that do the work that deserve all the credit which they do and these people were so good in restoring my truck! But the one thing that we need to remember is the people in the front office that deal with us customers! And I ... feel compelled to say that I dealt with that wonderful lady Angie and she was so nice and professional and kept me updated and I appreciate that so much! I am very pleased and I can't wait to take it back and get the rest of the work done on my truck that has been beat up so much! But at the risk of being redundant I must say it again dealing with Miss Angie was a pleasure! And also I will not hesitate to take my vehicle back to have some more work done which is needed so much! I am very happy with the end result! And also the technician that did the work on my vehicle needs to have a pat on the back also! Thank you Miss Angie for being such a great person to deal with! read more

When a tree fell on my Honda, I took it to Gerberas Collision. They did a fabulous job on my dents and repairs. They timely, professional and very friendly. My car looks new! I was able to turn my rental in right there and they took care of getting the car back to Enterprise. I highly recommend them.

They are absolutely AMAZINGGG!!! There customer service is SUPERB!!!! They were very informative and stayed in contact with me while my vehicle was being repaired. They EXCEEDED all of my expectations from the time I stepped in the door until the time I drove my vehicle off there lot!! They provide really good quality work and my vehicle was repaired in no time!!!!
