We were well informed every step of the way and our car was ready before the estimated completion date! This was my second experience with Gerber. Started with Frank who gave me the estimate and accepted the car. First there were a few issues due to a lack of communication. But then Fred took over my claim for repairs and assured me that everything would be taken care of in a timely manner. Also went out of his way to right the wrongs. I highly recommend Gerber. My only choice for collision repairs for my BMW's.

Jonathan M. was very helpful and courteous during the whole process. He cleaned and detailed my vehicle as well!!!! My vehicle was actually ready before time estimated. Fred J., the general manager, actually had extra work done to my vehicle at no expense to me. Thanks for such a great experience!!

Frank started the process with a Saturday morning appointment, was courteous and professional. Explained process with insurance, estimates, etc. Felt well taken care of. Returned to drop off vehicle during the week and Jonathan M. took over the process and went into more detail as to time to repair, what would happen if additional damage found beyond the bumper. He advised about rental car agency on premises as well. Jonathan called and sent text message with updates, stayed on top of expectations and I didn't feel I needed to call to track anyone down for status. Picked up vehicle once all additional damages were found and corrected, and they washed the vehicle! Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend him and Gerber in Valrico to my friends.

Highly positive experience, especially in a stressful period right after an accident. Fred the manager was great. Sat down with me and provided the best solution, beating out other estimates by a large margin. He also made sure I was aware of their specials further saving me a substantial amount of money. My experience with gerber GLASS and COLLISION was excellen t and professional from the time I made my appointment until I was handed the keys to my car today! I was greeted by my Estimator Jonathon M who thoroughly explained the estimating and repair process. I also met with the General Manager Fred J who assured me that the claims process and repair would be done as soon as possible and it was reassuring to speak with both gentlemen. The time they spent with me meant so much. This was my first time in an accident and the professionalism and thoughtfulness of Mr. Mathews is greatly appreciated. I have already told USAA of my positive experience and will recommend gerber!
