This is the third time back for this particular vehicle, and the fifth time our family has had work done. Our vehicles always come out looking as good or better than they came in. Two of the most important things to me is getting updates of whats going on, and great customer service. I really enjoyed working with Lindsey and really appreciated her professionalism and outstanding customer service. Hopefully, I won't need to come back, but if I do I know I'll be well taken care of.

I needed some damage to the hood of my Hyundai Santa Fe repaired and, based on the quality of work performed on my vehicles on several previous occasions, I brought it to the Gerber location in Valrico. Jonathan M. did his usual great job handling the estimate, scheduling, status update and completion process and the quality of the work was outstanding. Definitely a satisfied customer and I will return should I need vehicle damage repaired in the future.

I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Valrico for auto body repair. Everyone with whom I came in contact at this facility was friendly, professional and attended to my needs and requests. They phoned to advise as to the status of my repair and delivered my vehicle on time and in excellent condition. The repair was like the damage had never happened. The matching of the paint color was remarkable. If I ever need an auto body shop again, this is the place I will go. Thank you for a job well done.
