Jen and Maria were very professional and made us to feel very confident that they had our best interest at heart. Jen met the deadline quote and my wife's vehicle looked as though nothing ever happened. she was very well pleased! I'm not expecting to have another accident in the near future, but, if I did, I'm returning to the Valparaiso, Indiana location. And yes, we live in Michigan City, Indiana and rather go there than anywhere else.

I came into Gerber Collision in Valparaiso with some deep scratches in the finish of the hood of my car from an automatic car wash, seeking an estimate. The staff seemed genuinely interested in helping me and the estimator, Daniel, was very personable and eager to assist. Daniel thought that he might be able to rub the scratches out, but when they proved a bit too deep, he asked if I would mind returning to give the painter a look. I returned and Daniel & the painter, Ben, took a look at the damage. Ben was able to make some time accommodation for me, pull the car into the service bay, and with some buffing and additional effort, he was able to remove the scratches.
