Great Communication. I should have checked the estimate better, a few scratches on the vehicle that I should have had repaired while it was in the shop. Overall the process was seamless and smooth.

Awesome amazing customer service as usual. I had taken my car in 2015 to Gerber they were amazing. My insurance company suggested a different collision place. I was going to go with but then I was reminded of Gerber from 2015 & the great job & customer service they provided. Everything then & this recent visit went smooth & streamlined. Cathy & Patrick where amazing,kind honest & straightforward. Both keeping me updated on when to drop off car when to pick it up etc. This people are a prime example of the wonderful company that you have. I was amazed when I got my car how much the bumper matched the rest of the vehicle. They even cleaned the inside out. Trust me that car was filthy inside. At this moment I'm so trying not to make it as dirty thank you so much :-)

Had an accident. State Farm recommended Gerber. My vehicle towed there for estimate. State Farm got it and deemed my car a total loss, not based on the estimate. but after the $2,000.00 range above the estimate. State farm deemed it 75% of value and totalled it. Then after that was determined. i stopped in the let them know all final paperwork was in and my settlement money should be in a couple of days. Two days later I went in to the office and told them money came in and how do they want to transact for the repairs...they then told me they don't work on "totalled" vehicles.......

Absolutely wonderful experience... staff was wonderful and friendly... my vehicle looked great like I was never hit!! I didn't expect them to take my car that day so I thought I had time to detail the inside but didn't expect them to do it before I got it back what a wonderful surprise!! Excellent customer service. Was given an update a minimum of every other day for over 2 weeks via email or phone during the time they had the vehicle. Received the vehicle back in excellent condition. Had extensive damage to the tail light quarter panel and bed of truck and the bumper. Vey happy with the finished results.

The people I met (I am sorry I did not get the names) the young woman at the desk, the young woman estimator, and the young man who came out to look at the damage; were all very efficient and polite. When I picked up my car it looked almost brand new inside and out. They certainly took special care of the car and me. My daughter told me to use gerber and I will recommend gerber to anyone I can help. Thanks to them I felt great driving my car again and blessed to have met them all. June
