I have never had the experience before with an auto body shop, but this was Exceptionally outstanding. Everyone at this facility was just so great, informative, pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and left a great impression. Randy L. was my Estimator & he went so above & beyond to make sure that my experience was always informed. I would recommend this company to everyone & the warranty was amazing. If you need anything with the work done you can take it back for the lifetime you own the car, & if you move they have other locations all over North America. The finished product was amazing. The staff was wonderful and kept me updated through the repair process! I got my truck back considerably fast as well. Excellent customer service! I love that Gerber collision has great communication also. I was kept in the loop of what was happening with my car and anyone I talked to answered all questions and went above and beyond. They estimated a week due to national part shortages and that's exactly what it took to get the car fixed. Thanks Max, Jennifer, and Danny! Y'all made the process of getting my car fixed so much easier and I can tell you care about your customers and jobs. I highly recommend, I never do surveys but they took care of me so well I had to share! I will be back for any services I may need on my car
