From start to finish everyone I was in contact with was curious and polite, I was understandably upset that my car and some damage and had to get it fixed but they put me at ease by telling me they would give me updates during the repairs and how and what was needed to be done. The repairs though were small made a big deal to me and they saw it that way too. The time frame they gave from my estimate was spot on ( I know this was only from what they could see from the outside and could possibly take longer). I love that they treated my car as if it was theirs and cleaned it for me. To the people who repaired the bumper and painted my car hats of to you guys it looks amazing and as if nothing had ever happened unlike some of the poor repair jobs you see on the road. The staff is very professional and accommodating to our needs. The job was completed by the estimated date, work was outstanding with no evidence of having been repaired. I will recommend Gerber Collision to my friends and family should they ever need an auto body repair.

My car came out new almost same as one I brought. They doing really awesome job and work with me thru someone's insurance company and also they keep update to me let me know how it going and when it will be done or any problems just give me a call or email me. I'm very appreciative with their job with my car. When I had a little problems with my car then I bring it in and they fixed it so quickly and have me came back have them fixed it and cane out no problems. If there happen again I will have come back to this place again in future. I hope no more accident for me. Thank you so much Gerber members who work so hard and perfect on my car I loves it!!

Yesterday we took our 2016 Toyota Highlander to Gerber in Orem, UT on the recommendation of our Toyota dealer, with our bumper tied up with rope after a hit and run fender bender left it hanging from one end. The folks at Gerber were able to repair it beautifully within a few hours as they knew it would be a considerable inconvenience for us to have to return at a later date to pick it up, as we live at quite a distance from their location. They were also able to keep the costs below our insurance deductible, so saved us considerable time AND money. We could not have been more pleased, both with the workmanship and with the helpful attitudes of all three of their personnel with whom we worked, the receptionist, adjustor, and body work technician. We highly recommend them and thank them for their excellent assistance.

The staff was very friendly and made this time when my car was getting repaired as smooth as possible. They called up the rental car company to make sure I was picked up and that the rental car was taken car when my car was done getting repaired. They got done with the repair job even faster than they said they would be. Once I picked up the car everything looked amazing with the repair and my car had been washed and wiped down with Armour all. Thank you very much for your work and craftsmanship. Alexander Atwood
