Gerber Collision and Glass was very easy to work with. The whole process took 6 days to repair my car. I only had to be in the office for about15 minutes each time. They are highly professional and my car looks great. The two driver side doors needed to be repainted and the paint color is so close--you can't tell that it isn't original.

My car needed major repairs following an accident and from day 1 the staff was competent, friendly, and eager to make sure I always knew what was going on with my car. Although the repairs took longer than initially anticipated they were always sure to keep in touch with me, even inviting me to come by and see the progress. The job was done well, the staff were pleasant to work with, my car looks like new again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or return for future needs.

Outstanding experience!! My second time working with gerber collisions and all I can say I'm happy customer!!. First time they fixed my BMW and this time my mercedes, job well done!! I dropped off my mercedes without an appointment and I didn't expect to be done in couple of days, both David's in this location are by far the best in the business friendly and honest . I hope that I don't have any more damages to my cars but if I do I'll choose this place again Thank you guys

From start to finish everyone I was in contact with was curious and polite, I was understandably upset that my car and some damage and had to get it fixed but they put me at ease by telling me they would give me updates during the repairs and how and what was needed to be done. The repairs though were small made a big deal to me and they saw it that way too. The time frame they gave from my estimate was spot on ( I know this was only from what they could see from the outside and could possibly take longer). I love that they treated my car as if it was theirs and cleaned it for me. To the people who repaired the bumper and painted my car hats of to you guys it looks amazing and as if nothing had ever happened unlike some of the poor repair jobs you see on the road. I am glad I chose Gerber to fix my car and (knock on wood) but if I have to ... get further repairs or glass done I will defiantly go back and refer those I know to go to Gerber. read more
