WOW! Let me first start by saying that I am so grateful that Shannon was the person I spoke to at the beginning to start this whole process. She was so patient with answering all my questions and just made this whole process very seamless. I felt taken care of and Gerber Collision even directed me in directions I didn't even think about until they presented options for rental car options and guided me through the process. Even when Shannon was out, Aftynn and Patrick were stars with helping in answering questions. Thank you so much for being so kind throughout this process and doing a phenomenal job with fixing my car!

Gerber Collision and Glass was very easy to work with. The whole process took 6 days to repair my car. I only had to be in the office for about15 minutes each time. They are highly professional and my car looks great. The two driver side doors needed to be repainted and the paint color is so close--you can't tell that it isn't original.

My car needed major repairs following an accident and from day 1 the staff was competent, friendly, and eager to make sure I always knew what was going on with my car. Although the repairs took longer than initially anticipated they were always sure to keep in touch with me, even inviting me to come by and see the progress. The job was done well, the staff were pleasant to work with, my car looks like new again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or return for future needs.

Outstanding experience!! My second time working with gerber collisions and all I can say I'm happy customer!!. First time they fixed my BMW and this time my mercedes, job well done!! I dropped off my mercedes without an appointment and I didn't expect to be done in couple of days, both David's in this location are by far the best in the business friendly and honest . I hope that I don't have any more damages to my cars but if I do I'll choose this place again Thank you guys
