Everything went really well. Ian is knowledgeable and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The work got done quickly and efficiently, and there wasn't much paperwork to worry about. This is a great place to get a car fixed (and it's close to my house) so I would definitely recommend it to friends/family.

USAA suggested Gerber Collision & Glass to me to have my Ford, Edge repaired. I was totally and completely satisfied with not only the work done on the car, but the employees were fantastic. The front desk personal Mayra was professional, kind and helped me feel comfortable with the company. She arranged for my rental car and made it a smooth process. Moreover, the general manager, Ian was a great representation of what a company would like there general manager to be. I left happy, comfortable, and satisfied of the service that was not only on my Ford, Edge but how I was greeted as well as all of the employees I came in contact with. Thank you for making the collision with my SUV an easy transition.
