Customer service was awesome! I accidentally arrived a day late and they still let me drop my car off. Communication throughout was very good, and they handled all the insurance stuff (I had been rear-ended). The bumper and tailgate repair looks brand new and the car is much cleaner than when I took it in! The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, as was the gentleman who did the body work, Jorge R. Thank you!
