On the recommendation of a family member that has had prior work done on their vehicle, we stopped in here to get an opinion on some scratches in the driver door of our Jeep. I was not sure if it was a relatively easy buff out or if the scratches were deep enough to require a repaint. Cathy evaluated the issues immediately, and told us that it was okay, scratches were relatively minor, and would not require a repaint. She even tried herself while we waited to see if their professional grade compound would work, as the DIY products I tried did nothing, but it requred a bit more effort, (wet sand and buff) and she recommended Reid's Detailing just up the road (separate review...) but for the puropose of this review, the staff at Gerber was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We had used Gerber before and was amazed by their service. We recently had a rear window broken on our SUV. Again this happened just before we were going out of down. They got the ball rolling with State Farm, and our installation was ASAP. While repairing the window it was noticed that our rear window wiper moter was also damaged. Jonas(repair man) called the office and they found the part needed to repair moter and install window the same day.Wow!! what more can you ask for, they are the BEST.

Before I came to this shop, getting my car fixed was a nightmare. Gerber handled everything quickly and efficiently, and were totally honest with me when something went wrong and told me how they were fixing it- knowing that I probably wouldn't have ever known if they hadn't shared that info with me. That meant a lot. They also delivered my car to my house when we had no way to come pick it up. 10/5 ?? experience from this girl!!! You guys were awesome. Thank you.

Gerber Glass & Collision are AWESOME. Owen and all the staff are courteous, friendly and consummate professionals. I brought my car in for a minor repair (bumper needed to be clipped back into place). Owen was honest and very helpful, fixing my problem in mere minutes and didn't charge me for the visit. He even advised me as to how to get the paint for touch ups and that they would do the work for me. I wish that we could get service like this from every professional. This is not the first time I have used the services of Gerber Glass & Collision, and will certainly not be my last. Thank you ?? so much for turning my bad day to a good day.??
