Most amazing service ever! I had some odd schedule constraints but Will and the whole team were able to figure out a schedule that allowed for ordering my parts, replacing the old parts and painting the car. This was a stress-free experience and I was provided updates constantly so that I knew exactly what was happening and when! The best part is my car looks fantastic; all sign of damage is good. And to sweeten the pot, they return my car MUCH cleaner than I left it, washed, vacuumed and wiped down! I loved my stress-free service and I am very appreciative of the team and the work they did!

My car looks great, the service experience has been great, the customer service has been outstanding, Dustin M. is fantastic, when I say exceptional and outstanding is a understatement. Thank you so much for the great experience getting the hail damage repaired. Looks great! But way beyond that, the friendly & professional customer service has won me over. Shout out to Dustin who took great care of me from reception (on a Saturday), to status reports, to final walk through and delivery. Dustin made all the difference. The receptionist Priscilla was also amazing! I definitely recommend the repair work and extraordinary customer service I experienced at Gerber in The Colony, Texas!

From start to finish Gerber was fantastic. When you first walk in Priscilla welcomes you a smile and very friendly. While I waited for my advisor she would take the time to make us feel welcome. Once she had set up my account I was lucky enough to meet Dustin. Dustin was great, very helpful answered all my question and took the time to explain how everything was going to happen. He kept me informed the entire time and managed my expectations. When it was time to pick up my car the first time (two separate cars) Dustin went over all the repairs (Hail) explained what they did and took the extra step to have my headlight (from a previous repair by earth) looked at. My car repair was done beautifully, but the part of my experience that amazed me most was the great customer service. Jeff and Chris went out of their way to ensure my interactions with the car repair was convenient and my car was completely safe to drive. Jeff's frequent and courteous communications were so helpful. Priscilla's demeanor both on the phone and in person invoked confidence to set a positive tone for the whole experience. I was REALLY impress with the excellent customer service at Gerber. Priscilla S. was very pleasant, courteous and polite. Jeff D. kept posted on the status on my Toyota Pruis . I have never experienced such great customer service at a Auto body repair shop in my life. Of course at my age I've only had two accident which required car repair yet, even from them Gerber Collision service blows them away. Thank you Gerber and thank you Priscilla and Jeff. ps. on small note which is just some positive imput the car inside smelled like a shop..lol maybe somehow work on that for other customers in the future..GREAT Work and my car looks awesome.
