Excellent customer service when setting up the appointment [in person], when personally delivering the vehicle for repairs, and when retuning to pick-up the vehicle, after completion of repairs. During the repair process [start to finish], top notch communications on repair adjustments with the insurance company, and the timelines for completion. Once vehicle repairs were completed, again excellent communications with notification of completion and available times to pickup vehicle. On the other hand, a general look at the PDR work accomplished, at the time the vehicle was picked up, and the vehicle looked good, truly outstanding PDR work. In addition, the vehicle was cleaned [washed, vacuum, tires ... shined, LF/door scratch removed,] and returned, really cleaner than the earlier/initial drop-off, Overall, that is why a 5-Stars Rating! My experience with Gerber was more than I could of hoped for! I can not remember girl at front desk name but she was so helpful> Nice smile made me feel comfortable. Micheal was great at his job and explained things to me twice weekly. good guy! It took awhile but not Gerber fault parts took weeks to get there.
