Kori was definitely on top of his game. The receptionist was also extremely helpful and professional. The entire experience at Gerber in Round Rock was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair. The job was done fast, thoroughly and looked great when complete. I am extremely satisfied with Kori's knowledge of the entire collision repair process, including the insurance claim and actual repair procedure. I highly recommend Gerber !!!!

Scott, Laura and team were very accommodating and professional. My car was repaired very quickly; dropped it off this past Tuesday morning and picked it up yesterday morning. They were so nice to wash the exterior and wipe down / vacuum the interior. I would highly recommend Gerber's Austin "FM 620" location.
