After experiencing some awful customer service with another local company regarding simply getting an estimate for a completely covered repair, I asked my coverage provider for another company and they recommended Gerber. From the moment I called Blake was an amazing help and reassured me that they would take great care of my car. What the other company stated would take them 7-10 business days to repair Blake made sure I got my car back in 48 hrs! He was very prompt in submitting the estimate and ensures that I was notified every step of the way regarding the progress of the job! Paul was a great help when I arrived to pick up my car, they took their time going through all of the paperwork and made sure that they answered any and all of my questions! Even though my repairs were all exterior, they vacuumed all three rows of my vehicle! I ... will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know. I tell you what. I have only had to have collision repairs done on a vehicle one time in my life and (not mentioning any names), this place was HANDS DOWN night and day different than the other. I won't go anywhere else in the future if the need arises. They were so professional every step of the way. My vehicle was detailed inside (not even part of the deal) when I picked it up.
