We had an excellent experience getting our Honda CRV fixed. I found the entire Gerber staff to be friendly and professional. I received text message updates throughout the repair process as well as phone calls from our estimator, Jamel, verbally describing the current status. Jamel went above and beyond in my opinion to make this a positive experience for us. I came to Gerber due to a negative experience with another auto body company in Austin. Gerber will be my obvious first choice for any future repairs and I highly recommend, especially the location in Pflugerville, TX.

Just want to take the time to thank Gerber Collision for the speedy process to get my truck back to me. I would just like to thank the staff and technicians who provided the excellent service they gave to me. I have a custom paint job on my truck which I was scared would not match and Brad, the painter got it spot on. If I ever need a body shop again or know anyone in need I will most definitely refer Gerber Collision, Michael T. and Brad to help who ever in need. Thank you all again.

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. Bryce (GM) went way above and beyond to locate all parts necessary to repair my vehicle. The grill was backorder from the factory "4-6 weeks, maybe" per Ford. so he called around to other body shops to see if there might be one in someone elses inventory and sure enough he found one in OKC. It was here in 2 days and the body shop techs had my vehicle all ready and waiting on the grill to arrive. Once it got here they had everything assembled and had my car back that day, which by the way was one week earlier the the initial expected date. And I didn't have to go without the grill for 4- weeks and take it back for another visit. I was kept informed all the way throughout the process. Sherrie (Repceptionist) is very sweet. Between Bryce & Sherrie, I felt like I was the most ... important customer. Will I use Gerber again? HELL YEAH! But do I pray I will never need their expertise service again? HELL YEAH! read more

They always take such good care of my car! The staff in the office is very understanding, and interested in my concerns, and voice, as a customer. The manager is friendly, polite, and cares about the customers. And, I have piece of mind knowing that my car has a lifetime warranty on what was fixed.

The girls sitting desk were super friendly and we're just natural at there jobs as well as good conversationalist. Although it did take them two weeks to fix my car they did an amazing job, when I got in I felt like I was driving a new car and they did a good job on detailing the inside.
