Nice people. Repairs took longer to complete than expected. Delay possibly attributable to unavoidable difficulties in parts acquisition, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.. Over all, I am very satisfied with the final result.

GEICO requested that I fix my car at Gerber . This was my first experience with Gerber and I am glad I got to know this place. It feels very professional, especially when you are greeted at the reception area. I also liked the frequent follow ups on the status of the service, either by text or phone. The work was done on the day specified and the car looked as it was before the accident. I cannot comment on price as I don't have comparable experience from other body shops. But overall I was satisficed and would highly recommend this outfit.

No one wants to face a collision event especially when it was mindless behavior by a shopper who inflicted damage with their shopping cart into the tailgate of my brand new 2020 Tundra that doesn't even have 20K miles on it yet. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy. But, to my surprise and delight, after Gerber Collision of Watauga, Texas delivered my car back to me, I couldn't tell, even under my scrupulous eye where the damage had been done. Happy doesn't express my feelings appropriately as I just couldn't believe a job could be done that flawlessly. Not only was it done to perfection, they delivered my car to my home a full two days before they committed to have it done. Talk about amazing.
