Our car was a challenge to repair due to the accident and he took extra time for his team to review the details, add needed repairs, and keep in constant communication with us. The whole team at Gerber in Round Rock is awesome and we are thankful for them.

Great service with true smiles from all the wonderful staff. Very responsive and communicative staff members all around. Incredibly good work performed in a very quick turnaround. Even additional work not originally able to be estimated needing to be done did not significantly impact speed of repair. Easy to pick up and drop off insurance-provided rental car. Excellent communication regarding the status and progress of the repair. Great quality of work on the repair.
