The folks at Gerber Collision on W University Drive in Tempe are fantastic. They have excellent customer service and the jeep looks good. They went out of their way to coordinate the courtesy car and make the entire process easy and seamless. Special mention to Lesley and the manager Paul for their friendly, customer service focus. Paul B.'s crew did a Great Job on the repair to my 2008 Ford Escape! The repair was done in a timely manner and I was kept abreast of the progress. Leslie did a great job in keeping me informed of the process! Should I need a collision shop in the future, I will return there!

We were t-boned by a car that ran a stop sign and are incredibly glad we chose this location to help us deal with the aftermath of the collision. Our car was eventually deemed a total loss but Paul and Leslie helped us through the entire process WAY above and beyond their stated job description, from helping us get into a replacement rental car, working with the other party's insurance and getting the best value for our vehicle as salvage. Paul & Leslie, thank you both for your attention to detail, compassion, and amazing customer service during a very stressful time for us. We will always remember it!
