I am not one to typically write an email like this to a company and applaud them on a job well done, but I receive much correspondence from customers being a Director of Sales and it is nice on occasion to receive a compliment instead of a complaint, so decided to do the same in the case of the body work done on my car recently. I live up in the Westchase area and there are a significant number of body shops within a few miles, but a couple of years ago my neighbor had work done at your shop and had recommended it highly. Unfortunately shortly afterwards I had to have a rear bumper so took her up on her recommendation although skeptical that I had to travel almost 25 minutes to your shop. Turned out your shop did great work, the cost was competitive and I thought the customer experience overall was quite good thanks to Melissa and Nancy. ... They were personable, responsive and efficient. Well the story doesn’t end there because once again I found myself in need of a body shop a few weeks ago and there was no doubt where I was taking it this time. Nancy made an appointment for me to bring in car for appraisal and then it was great to see Melissa was still there and coordinated everything going forward and once again she was terrific. I was pressed for time due to pending holiday and travel schedule and she worked around that and was able to actually have the job completed 6 hours earlier than anticipated which was much appreciated. Of course the quality of the body work was top notch again. Being someone that spends a significant amount of time on the road, in and out of hotels, airports, restaurants and customers, I appreciate a very positive customer experience and disappointed when it is not. Thanks in large part to Melissa and Nancy’s assistance, the service level was terrific and much appreciated. As I told Melissa, hopefully I do not need to see her again any time soon, but will certainly recommend you to any of my neighbors or friends if they are in need of such services. thanks read more

WOW WOW WOW ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME SERICE AND GREAT ATTITUDE I WAS HAVING A BAD DAY BUT THE GAL AT THE FRONT DESK TURNED THAT AWAY SHE WAS MORE THAN PLESANT TO ME AND EVERYONE THAT WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR NOT ONLY WAS I HAVING A BAD DAY WITH MY CAR BUT I EXPERIENCED A DEAR LOSS AND SHE WAS THERE TO TALK TO WHICH IS THE LITTLE THINGS THAT HELP THE MOST I THANK YOU FOT THE GREAT SERVICE AND THE GREAT WORK I HOPE NOT TO BE BACK FOR BUSINESS BUT RATHER PLEASURE OF COMPANY THE WHOLE OFFICE STAFF WAS GREAT THE MANAGER DID A AWESOME JOB AT KEEPING ME INFORMED AND VERY NICE MY CAR WAS SPARKLING WHEN I PICKED IT UP SO THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!!

To Whom It May Concern, Today I picked up my Toyota Forerunner from Master Collision in Tampa Florida on West shore Blvd. I was involved in an accident while sitting at a red light over 2 weeks ago and the damage required repair to the drivers front end, fender and side board. My car was still drivable so I was able to drop it off at the scheduled time with Master Collision and meet with the staff there. The office staff were wonderful and helpful, I could not have been in better hands or made to feel more at ease and reassured as to the repairs that would be needed. The Manager, Mr. Robert Dodds talked with me about the damage, gave me the estimate in minutes and addressed all my concerns but the best gift I could have received was, a friendly reassuring commitment that I would have my SUV back in great shape in a week. I have to say ... that they did a wonderful job on repairing the damage, replacing the necessary parts but most of all, the person who you see and have to face the music with, looking at your car, fearful of losing it if its considered totaled, is the person who has the power to either comfort you from the beginning or add to your fear and anger associated with such an event. I am very thankful for and appreciative of Mr. Dodds and his office staff. As a side note, I have been wanting to replace the back bumper for a year now due to my own miscalculation backing up event and because of my experience with this staff and Mr. Dodds, I have asked him to find me a replacement and will have them do the work and I will refer others to this place of business in the future.
