To whom it may concern. The folks at this location were really first class in all respects. We didn't have any repair work done, but while the insurance company made up their minds about the idea of repairing or totaling our vehicle your people were so very helpful in keeping us updated and in the loop. We live in Ft. Myers and our accident accured in Tampa. Fellow by the name Johathan C kept us current with all matters. We thank-you for all your assistance during this unfortunate experience. After a minor auto accident, and at the recommendation of my insurance company, I went to Gerber Collision. Jennifer assisted me in assessing the damage and giving me a quote for the repairs. Because the damage was cosmetic and not structural, I made the decision to forgo repairs. Jennifer did not pressure me to have the repairs done anyway. She did note that some of the clips holding the radiator bar had been knocked off in the collision, and had one of the repair techs replace them at NO charge! Thanks, Jennifer! You and Gerber Collision get my 5 Star rating. If the occasion ever arises, I would definitely use and recommend Gerber
