Shortly after (I do mean shortly!) the body work on my daughter's Honda, I had a little situation with my Mercedes and Rylee was amazing! They made both our cars look like new! I hope I don't require such services again but if I do, I know exactly where to come!

Because I haven't had body work done to my car in many years, I have to admit I experienced some "sticker shock" at how much the repair would cost. But the adjuster at Gerber took the time to explain why the work had to be done a certain way and that (in a very nice way) we were not back in the '70's anymore. Other than that, I was extremely pleased with the work Gerber did on my car. It looks like it did I bought it and took it off the Dealership lot brand new. Great job to all the employees there at Gerber!! Thanks

The woman at the front desk was also very nice and worked with me when I picked up the car because the insurance company did not have the check there yet. Excellent service. Megan A gave excellent estimate of what would need to be done for repair. When I said I needed something less expensive, she consulted with the collision dept. and was able to get the price down. They were able to repair it the same day. Also, the receptionist Dina is always friendly and helpful.

It has only been a day since I picked up my vehicle and I am very happy with repairs and service. I was treated very professionally and kindly. I'm also impressed with the informative email and text messages about repair status stating exactly what was done and what is recommended to be done with the car. I've had no issues so far, and plan to continue going to them for all my needs. Cody and Lindsey were extremely courteous, highly knowledgeable, and provided me outstanding customer service. I didn't have to make any calls they handled all aspects of my claim from coordination with my insurance company to arranging for rental pick up and drop off. I highly, highly recommend this auto body shop! They did excellent work!
