Jonathan C. provided exceptional customer service keeping me well informed of the repair process. I was very satisfied and impressed with the quality of the repair work as well. So much so that I will bring a recently purchased car to Gerber for new paint. Overall and fantastic experience. I expected a hassle and poor communication. What I received was the polar opposite. Thank you for an excellent example of what customer service should be!

I want to let you know about the wonderful experience I had with Gerber. Shelley B (Estimator) and her team did a fantastic job in repairing my car. Three things stand out the most and will never forget: #1: I had a strap holding down my trunk when I brought the car in and all my friends had a bet that I wouldn't get that back, It was right on the passenger floorboard when I picked it up along with the rag that I used to protect the paint! #2: When I dropped the car off I completley cleaned it out but apparently when Gerber did I final cleanup of the car they found a $5 bill and the put it in my center console! #3: I know this is a small one but really showed me how much Gerber respects and handles clients vehicles. When I got into the car for the first time when I picked it up, My drivers seat wasn't adjusted at all. It fit like a glove ... just like I left it! These three things really made my experience at Gerber extra special. I received updated texts throughout the repair process which really keep me in the loop and was greatly appreciated. I was never in the dark during the repair process! Shelley B is a GREAT ASSEST to your company. She is extremely knowledgable and really made a very stressful situation less stressful and actually enjoyable. I will always recommend Shelly B. and Gerber to anyone who needs their service! This is my second visit back to this location to have some follow up warranty work done after my initial paint/repair from an insurance claim. I originally came in to have my car repaired toward the end of last year. I had the pleasure of dealing with Riley and Brian. When I came back for this visit it was no surprise that Brian is now the manager. He was very thorough the first time I came in and made sure that above all else I was happy with the process and felt like I was being heard and helped. I have had the same experience so far this time as well. I experienced a few minor hiccups with the initial repair and Brian has been very helpful in making sure that Gerber is providing me with 100% satisfaction.
