I came in a week ago or so and I hit a lady with my truck at Publix I spoke with a lady by the name Sherry, I asked her for an estimate for the ladies car, and she came out and showed the lady I hit it was just transfer. I guess I want to thank her for not trying to make a sale off me! She was so honest and helpful and I appreciated her. 5stars

What can I say besides the team here is on point! When I picked up my vehicle the blonde young lady was so excited to hear about my trip to Alaska, by the end of the conversation I invited her with us next time! She was so helpful when we went to the car the key battery was dead she offered to pay for a battery, but she also showed me how to get the key out! She was wonderful at the estimate and was just as wonderful at pick up! Keep up the good work.

I stopped by today unannounced with my 2026 Range Rover, and I asked the young lady at the front desk for a estimate she stated she could take a look at it take a few pics and send it to me. But instead she came out took one look at and said I can do something even better and came back buffed my door and got everything out! I was shocked, she was so pleasant I tried to pay her and she wouldn't take my money! I hope she gets this and know I will send everyone I know to her. She was a delight!

I stopped in yesterday after going to two other Gerber's, and was turned down because the appointment wasn't at their specific location for a customer pay estimate, but the young lady I believe her name was "Chari" was nothing but accommodating, she did it with a smile straight up told me it will cost over 2000, she informed I wouldn't get the estimate until next Monday but she sent it this morning at 6am! I'm a Surgeon here in town and come in contact with so many people, and her customer service and her presence is what every business owner strives to have in the front office, she made me feel like I knew her my whole life! Great job! Five stars for the lady in the front!

I called into this location to get a customer pay estimate, Spoke with a Sheri Henderson she told me to come on by she would fit me in, that being said i went to the other location off Tennessee St. and have called multiple times but he has never called me back. She wrote the estimate right then and there was so helpful. She explain the processes if we choose to go through Progressive. As a family right now we are going through it, she was kind and just over all sunshine in a dark time. We will be getting car fixed at that location if their able to do the work. 5 Gold Stars to this young lady.

My experience with Gerber was very positive. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and you can't beat the lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. The office staff acted in a professional manner and answered all of my questions. My car was returned fixed and cleaner than it was when I dropped it off.

I did not have a lot of interaction with the repair technicians, but the support staff was great. The Tuesday and Thursday calls are a great way to keep the customers informed about the status of their vehicle repair.
