I initially went to the location on W Tennessee st I wouldn't advise anyone go there I called Scott just overwhelmed he said drop by let me take a look Randy cake out with only compassion and empathy listen to me vent fixed my car could've bashed the other location but did not I've been having a rough lady couple of months and the empathy these guys showed me just lighten my load I don't give bad reviews but I do take the time to give good ones

This was my first experience with an insurance claim and body shop repair. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to drop off my damaged tailgate, rather leave my truck, until the parts were in and the replacement was ready for installation. The entire process happened faster than originally estimated. The replacement tailgate looks as good as new! I would recommend this shop to anyone.
